We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Neetonomics provides educational tools and resources for NEET PG aspirants, including rank analysis and percentile calculations, college prediction based on historical data, wishlist management for medical colleges, insights and analytics on admission trends, and comparison tools for colleges and specialties.
Our Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Our Service does NOT provide medical advice, career counseling, or admission guarantees. All information is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. You should not rely solely on our predictions or recommendations for making career decisions.
While we strive to provide accurate predictions and insights based on historical data, we make NO guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions, rankings, or recommendations. Admission outcomes depend on many factors beyond rank, including seat matrix changes, counseling processes, and individual circumstances.
We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Board of Examinations (NBE), National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), or any medical college or institution. All predictions and data are based on publicly available information and historical trends.
You are solely responsible for your career decisions, college choices, and counseling participation. We strongly recommend consulting official sources, counselors, and educational advisors before making final decisions regarding your medical education.
To access certain features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and update your information as needed; maintain the security of your account credentials; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use our Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may request account deletion by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
When using our Service, you agree NOT to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; share false, misleading, or inaccurate information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data; use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; collect or harvest user data without consent; upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; or engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
All content, features, functionality, design, software, algorithms, and data on our Service are owned by Neetonomics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to our Service (rank, preferences, wishlists). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide and improve the Service.
If you purchase a paid plan or premium feature, pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Current AIQ access is sold as a fixed-term access plan and does not auto-renew unless a recurring plan is explicitly shown at checkout.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once you purchase a paid plan or premium feature, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. This includes change of mind, unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with predictions, technical issues, or inability to gain admission. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are non-refundable.
Fixed-term access remains available until the end of the paid access period unless the account is suspended for misuse or fraudulent activity. No refunds will be provided for the remaining access period.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEET PG RANK ANALYZER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES; ADMISSION OUTCOMES OR CAREER DECISIONS; INCORRECT PREDICTIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS; SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neetonomics and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content you submit to the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that predictions will be accurate. We make no guarantees regarding admission outcomes, seat availability, or counseling results. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services accessed through our Service.
Our predictions and insights are based on historical cutoff data from previous counseling years, publicly available information from official sources, statistical analysis and algorithms, and user-submitted data and trends. Data sources may change, and historical trends may not reflect future outcomes. We update our data periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify information with official sources before making decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
